ABOUT US
The LOGOS and SEAL for STAND UP AND SING FOR AMERICA were originally conceived and hand-drawn by fine artist Michael S. Traines of West Chester, PA. The thirteen six-pointed stars represent George Washington's Command Flag which appeared at the turning point of the American Revolution during the winter encampment at Valley Forge. Each star represents one of the original founding colonies of The United States of America.STAND UP AND SING FOR AMERICA is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.All donations are fully tax deductible.
OUR MISSION is to educate our citizens about the benefits of singing our finest patriotic music, as concerns our individual and national well-being.
OUR INDEPENDENT STATUS from any political or religious affiliation permits us to remain totally FREE to bring this idea and concept to any part of our culture.
WE ARE FORMED Of the People, By the People and For the People with the Highest Ideals in mind for our Nation. Our national board of directors include people whose love for America is their priority, who wish to keep the focus entirely on America, and who have no other motive or desire than to bring Americans together through our music in a harmonious positive way.
WE DEDICATE ALL WE DO to the JOY of consciously bringing people together to sing America's finest patriotic songs as the greatest positive tool we have for GOOD. We hope this will inspire a greater appreciation of the Freedoms we have been given through our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and our Bill of Rights.
