This extraordinary documentary is not to be missed!  The story came to our attention only a few months ago, when SUSA was well underway.  We could not believe it.  We never knew that mass singing was the pathway to Freedom for the precious people of Estonia out of horrific oppression and communist rule. They literally sang their way to Freedom.  The DVD is compelling to watch. First-hand proof of what mass singing did for a Nation by bringing them together.

National Anthem Project

Created by The National Association for Music Education (MENC), the National Anthem Project is an ongoing national education initiative,  focused on teaching our National Anthem to young people and related communities and to emphasize the importance of music education in schools.  While the main campaign appears to be finished, special National Anthem events still take place each year on national holidays! "Restoring America's Voice."
